If a farmer wants corn, he plants corn seeds. He doesn’t plant sunflower seeds and hope for corn. That sounds obvious—almost too simple. Yet, how often do we miss this principle in our daily lives?

We desire peace, but sow chaos. We long for healthy relationships, but plant seeds of mistrust or neglect. And then, when life starts producing fruit we don’t recognize—or don’t like—we’re confused. “How did this happen?” we ask. The truth is, whether intentional or not, we always reap what we sow.

Sometimes the seeds weren’t planted consciously. Maybe they were already in the soil—planted by our past, our pain, or the people around us. Maybe they blew in with the winds of our environment. But still, the fruit shows up.

This is where Realignment Coaching comes in.

Just like a wise farmer doesn’t cry over weeds—he takes responsibility and starts cleaning the soil—we do the same in coaching. We don’t shame the fruit; we trace it back to the root. We pull the weed, not just the leaf. We cleanse the soil of whatever doesn’t belong, making space for something new.

Then we plant the right seed.

If we want joy, we plant forgiveness. If we want peace, we plant truth. If we want growth, we plant discipline and love. And we do it intentionally. Because every seed matters.

It's about doing the deep work: identifying where things went off course, removing the lies, planting truth, and nurturing the ground until the harvest comes.

And it will come.

Just like the farmer, we may not see results immediately—but with care, patience, and faith, the harvest always arrives. Not by accident. Not by luck. But by intention, alignment, and transformation.
